Shipping policy

Except as otherwise provided herein with respect to Pre-Order Items (as defined below), all purchased items ("In-Stock Items") shall be shipped within four (4) business days of order placement.

Items designated as pre-order ("Pre-Order Items") shall not be shipped until such time as the applicable product (a) has been received at our fulfillment facility and (b) has successfully passed our internal quality assurance inspection.

In the event an order contains both In-Stock Items and Pre-Order Items, the entire order shall be shipped as a single, consolidated shipment. Accordingly, any In-Stock Items included in such an order will be held and shipped concurrently with the applicable Pre-Order Items, contingent upon the Pre-Order Items' receipt and successful quality assurance inspection as described above.

Orders may not be split into multiple shipments, nor may separate orders be combined into a single shipment, under any circumstances.
